Clerical Assistant

Javelin Main Office (Campus Support) Finance/AP/Payroll Department has an immediate opening for an hourly Clerical Assistant position reporting to Rhonda Francis, Accounting Manager. Here are the relevant details:
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities: Filing, mailing, copying/scanning, stuffing envelopes, creating documentation files, making phone calls, typing basic correspondence and computer usage. This position will also provide administrative support to other Campus Support departments on a limited, special needs basis.
Work Week Hours: Between 30-40 hours as determined by hiring department management.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Starting Pay: $10-$12 Per Hour
Minimum Qualifications: Must have High School Degree and 2-3 years prior experience working in a fast pace environment which required the daily use of professional maturity, customer service excellence, good communication skills, positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently without close supervision. Experience in handling confidential records is a plus.
